Cleaning

28 Chores That Take 30 Seconds or Less

Easy Chores

Clearly I live in a constantly messy house because I write about how I clean it every week; well parts of it. That’s only partially true. There’s always a partial mess somewhere and rarely is the whole house 100% clean. For me, I usually have at least one part of the house that is 100% clean while others float around 70%. I live in my home where there is chaos that prevents 100% clean; I cause some of the chaos and that’s okay. I can still find things, unless Husband puts them away hides them. 🙂

Anyhoo, I like to do 30 second chores to maintain some kind of order and cleanliness in the home without going on cleaning binges, which are reserved for late nights or Saturdays.

There are definitely more 30 second chores that I missed but I’m mostly trying to give you ideas. The numbers are categories with each bullet point representing one-30 second task. My two favorite things to do on this list is to de-clutter and wipe down. Taking away visual clutter instantly makes the space feel cleaner and then wiping it down is the icing on the cake. Now the goal of the 30 second chore is to not do it perfectly but to just drastically improve the area.
