I have had them clean my upholstery as well as my carpets. They also will repair carpet seams if requested. They have a wonderful loyalty program which saves money. I highly recommend this company!

I have been using Kiwi for about ten years. I have tried other carpet cleaning companies, but I am never as satisfied as when I use Kiwi. They use a great cleaner that leaves the carpets looking like new. I like that they don’t flush the carpets with water, letting it get into the padding and fibers. Most of the time, the carpet is completely dry within thirty minutes of them leaving. All the employees are friendly and respectful.

We recently bought a new house that had so many issues we didn't know where to start. We asked Kiwi to disinfect/clean our carpets and air ducts in hopes of improving the house, which had been vacant for three years.A couple days later, we had an AC technician (who's company also cleans air ducts) come in to check out the units and tells us what needs to be done. When he looked at the air ducts, he informed us that he's "Never seen air ducts so clean and perfect." Of the many problems we have had in the house, it was so nice to hear that our decision to go with Kiwi paid off.Our Kiwi technician started working at 8:00 am, and did not leave until 10:00 pm. None of the four AC units were working ,so he had to work through a house that was near 100 degrees. To be that thorough and dedicated under less than ideal conditions is something I will forever appreciate.

Edited: So, not long after writing this review, Kiwi called me, confirmed all of my concerns, promised to make it right, and followed through. Not only did they make it right, but Elizabeth called me on and off throughout the day to make sure the job was getting done. David, the tech, was awesome and did a wonderful job...just like the Kiwi I used to know. So, after my 1 star review this morning, I have to give 5 stars, because of the way they went above and beyond to not lose me as a customer. AND my carpets look amazing! Way to go Kiwi!I hate writing this review, because I have used Kiwi for years and have loved their work. But the customer service and quality of the technicians has really declined in the past year. Last week, my technician never showed up, after waiting in my 4 hour window. When I called they were so nice, and got me a new window (although it was a week later) and once again, my tech was a no show. They were "kind" enough to give me a $50 credit towards a job I will never use, because I will not sit around any longer for my time to be wasted. Kiwi, you just lost a 5 year customer.

3/5 - edited to reflect experience with the rug servicesWindow from 8 - 10 am. No call/no show. Called at 10:20 and the person was able to get hold of the tech and basically said they were "all over the map" but would be there in 20 - 30 min. Had they proactively called and said they were running behind, I can be way more forgiving.Knocked two stars off. Will consider re-editing if service makes up for it.Four years into owning the house and four cats later, carpets needed cleaning! Kiwi was recommended by a neighbor and they came out that week. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to clean all of the requested rooms. We didn't do additional spot treatments, just the basic service. I had moved the small furniture out of the rooms for them, so they didn't move anything for me. Had four rooms plus the stairs and landing done. I'm also happy that I can get a second cleaning in the same year for a trip charge plus $4 a room. Next, having them clean my rugs!

Everything about my experience was wonderful. From scheduling my appointment to having the service completed, all easy to accomplish and very professional. The technician arrived when he said he would and I received a call 30 minutes before his arrival. Once he arrived, he explained the entire process and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He then completed the work quickly and efficiently and then fully explained the charges and again asked if I had any concerns. He was polite and professional throughout the entire appointment and my carpets looked beautiful after he was done. Would recommend them and we will be using them in the future.

By far the BEST results of ANY carpet cleaning and I’ve tried them all. I first used them when I bought my first house. The carpet was old and disgusting. Within about 3 hours the carpet looked and smelled like new and was DRY. They also cleaned air ducts and the house smelled AMAZING. I’ll never use anyone else ever again!

We have used Kiwi Services twice now after water pipe leaks under our foundation required the plumbers to pull back our bedroom carpeting to drill through the foundation and repair the leaks. On short notice Kiwi was able to come out the very next day after the repairs were finished to stretch and put the carpeting back in place, as well as joining the seam where it had to be cut in the doorway to the room. The service was great and they did a fantastic job making it look as good as new! I will definitely use them again, although hopefully not because of any more water pipe leaks under our house!

We recently bought a new house that had so many issues we didn't know where to start. We asked Kiwi to disinfect/clean our carpets and air ducts in hopes of improving the house, which had been vacant for three years.A couple days later, we had an AC technician (who's company also cleans air ducts) come in to check out the units and tells us what needs to be done. When he looked at the air ducts, he informed us that he's "Never seen air ducts so clean and perfect." Of the many problems we have had in the house, it was so nice to hear that our decision to go with Kiwi paid off.Our Kiwi technician started working at 8:00 am, and did not leave until 10:00 pm. None of the four AC units were working ,so he had to work through a house that was near 100 degrees. To be that thorough and dedicated under less than ideal conditions is something I will forever appreciate.

I am a HUGE fan of KIWI Services! My home is large and busy, with (4) grown kids and (2) dogs. KIWI's schedule was extremely flexible and their arrival was prompt. Their service man was polite and wore booties on his feet in my home. The house looked clean and smelled fabulous once the carpets were clean! Edited: So, not long after writing this review, Kiwi called me, confirmed all of my concerns, promised to make it right, and followed through. Not only did they make it right, but Elizabeth called me on and off throughout the day to make sure the job was getting done. David, the tech, was awesome and did a wonderful job...just like the Kiwi I used to know. So, after my 1 star review this morning, I have to give 5 stars, because of the way they went above and beyond to not lose me as a customer. AND my carpets look amazing! Way to go Kiwi!I hate writing this review, because I have used Kiwi for years and have loved their work. But the customer service and quality of the technicians has really declined in the past year. Last week, my technician never showed up, after waiting in my 4 hour window. When I called they were so nice, and got me a new window (although it was a week later) and once again, my tech was a no show. They were "kind" enough to give me a $50 credit towards a job I will never use, because I will not sit around any longer for my time to be wasted. Kiwi, you just lost a 5 year customer.

I love this service. The technicians do their best to take out the stains and are very helpful and kind. I love the fact that the carpet didn’t take a long time to dry and I can see the dirt on the cleaning pads as they clean. The annual program service is genius for someone like me who is obsessed with how the carpet looks, smells, and feels.

I can get a cleaning in a reasonable amount of time, I know the cost in advance, professional teammembers do great work on the phone and in my home and always a great outcome. I have used them for carpet mostly, but I did use their tile cleaning service 2 years ago and the tile/grout cleanup came out like new. Highly recommend their services!

I’ve been using KIWI for last few years and love the work they do. The price is reasonable , and especially after first visit. You then are locked in at an expensive rate. I got locked in at $4 per room n some change plus trip charge of $37 for visits after initial one for a year. Customer service was great!

2½ years ago we installed new flooring in our home. We had used Kiwi with great satisfaction up to that time. Then, as a result of the new flooring we installed we only had three low-traffic bedrooms left with carpet. Having several pets we used a spot cleaner up until now to take care of any minor problems that happened, but recently the pets had some issues that led them to start doing their thing, if you will, on the carpet. It became a little much for me and my portable spot cleaner so we went back to Kiwi to take care of it just like we used to. And of course our older carpets ended up looking great. One more time. We moved into a new home recently and started smelling a nicotine odor after our AC went out. My husband and I have three young boys and another baby on the way so I have been pretty panicky to say the least. After trying everything to get rid of the smell, we called Kiwi services. The initial man we spoke to was very informative and explained everything thoroughly before we set anything up. Of course when spending money, you want to feel comfortable. And we did! When the techs came yesterday, as soon as I opened the door they shook my hand and introduced themselves. They explained everything they were doing as they did it. We called KIWI for an emergency water cleanup. They were amazing! They came right out as fast as possible, and went right to work getting the water out and drying everything up. Rebecca was so efficient, and kept us updated on every step. She also followed up on the phone making sure I was satisfied, and asking how I was doing. They were so caring, as I was in the state of panic. John came out and did a wonderful job. He worked so hard! His manner was both calming and reassuring, and gave me numerous pointers on what to expect and what steps I needed to take next. John and his helper even helped us carry out some of the furniture. I just used Kiwi Services for my carpet cleaning and they did an excellent job. The guy did an great job of doing the rooms I wanted to get cleaned and he took the time to go over the high traffic areas several times until those areas were cleaned. Their prices was great and there was no messy water to wait days until the carpet would dry. I will use them again in the future.

We live on the Upper Texas Coast (high rise condo) and after surviving Hurricane Harvey without damage, we were flood by a broken water line from above. Our building maintenance superintendent recommended we contact KIWI Services. What a great recommendation! KIWI's remediation service was onboard in a short time and tackled a the big problem of removing 9 damaged walls and kitchen cabinets. The KIWI employees were very responsive and did an excellent job. After reconstruction was completed we again called on KIWI for AC/H duct cleaning. KIWI's Joshua Cisneros was assigned to that task and did an outstanding job. Joshua is a very detailed person and one of the most polite contractors I have worked with. We now have tile & grout cleaning service scheduled with KIWI and I'm certain we will again be very pleased with the results.Bill Hubbard

We’ve been loyal KIWI clients for over 10 years now. Their CONTRACT service provides for affordable regular cleaning of all carpeting in our 2-story home. With kids, pets AND allergies, we REALLY benefit from scheduling regular maintenance cleaning 2 to 3 times annually. During their last visit, the technician also did an EXCELLENT job cleaning/sealing the porcelain tile in the kitchen/breakfast area. We’ve also utilized KIWI’s abilities to clean the sofa/oversized chair & ottoman. Not to mention trusting them to professionally clean/protect the 2 oriental rugs in the entry and living areas. We used kiwi in 2012-2014 in our first home. They did 4 rooms, 1 landing and stairs. They did a good job. One time they left a spot on the stairs, but when we called about the issue it was taken care of. If it’s your first time using them I would recommend requesting a senior technician.

I have had several carpet cleaners to come clean my carpet and KIWI out shines them all. They came when they said they would. They came back the next day when I needed just a little extra TLC. No damp floors, no sloppy mess to track through. I have extremely dirty carpets as a result of high traffic (dogs, kids, family, therapists, etc.). They were able to get all the time tracked in stuff out. We should have taken before and after because the after was amazing!

I have had them to my home numerous times to clean my sofa and loveseat. Each time it was done very well. We have had to have the furniture scotch guarded. With grandchildren and pets well it is something you just have to have done. I refuse to put plastic on my furniture. So, I will have them back as often as needed to keep the house smelling fresh and clean. They are a very good service to have around when you are in a pinch and need these items cleaned. This will be my first time cleaning the carpets so I hope they do just as good as they have done with my furniture.

We have been Kiwi customers for several years. Each time they came out and cleaned the carpets, the house pleasantly smelled like citrus. The only problem we had was when we got rid of the old carpet and had tile installed. I purchased rugs for the main rooms and started getting stains on two 5 x 7 matching rugs. They picked them up and kept them for a couple of weeks before returning them. When they rolled them out one rug looked different from the other. One was teal blue and the other looked very faded and white. I called to let them know, they sent someone out to pick them up and when they returned them, they both looked the same. The last time they were here they cleaned two other 5 x 7 rugs and they were just fine. They are going to pick up another today and I know they will do a great job!

I have used Kiwi ever since they cleaned my son's apartment in Austin. He had accidentally dropped a case of bottled Coca Colas at his apartment foyer entry, and the massive liquid spread into the carpet in a 5-foot square area. My son only tried to sop up the liquid, but didn't clean the area. By the time we found out about it, it had been about a month. Despite that time lapse, Kiwi managed to get all of the rug cleaned so well that you couldn't tell there was a Coke accident in his carpet, and all the stickiness was gone. I am so glad we used Kiwi, especially since they cost less than the other companies and use biodegradable cleaning supplies. I also like the one-year offer where they can come back unlimited times and clean for only $7 per room, plus the $35 trip fee. It is definitely worth using Kiwi

I have used Kiwi Services quite consistently over tge last 20 years and I have been very satisfied. I have used their carpet cleaning services only, so I can't comment on other issues raised in other reviews. With regard to carpet cleaning, I have found that the service does a good job of removing spots and with especially bad stains with repeated cleanings -- as in grape soda which did take several cleanings to completely eradicate though it lightened up very substantially after the first cleaning--and that the spots don't come back as seemed to be the case in the two times I used a traditional carpet cleaner (I used a Groupon coupon). I particularly appreciate the warranty because whenever I call, no matter how often I call, I am always able to get an appointment very easily and quickly. It really is nice to know that I always have them available because I have light colored carpets. This is a 5***** recommendation.

I have used Kiwi for years and they do a great job. They treat soiled areas and stains first with a special spot remover, they move the furniture, and put it back. The spot remover can be purchased, which is a plus. I like the fact that the carpets and pad are not saturated to where it days hours to dry. It is not necessary to stay off the carpet but a couple hours. I like the carpet cleaning warranty also. I recommend Kiwi and will definitely continue to use their services.

We had a repair done and the phone reps were very friendly when we called. They had someone one quickly to check it out and give us an estimate. They were prepared to do the work while they were there and the price was right so we went ahead and had it done. The repair guy was very nice and friendly. He got the work competed and the repair looks fine. The carpet we had to replace it with was new and the carpet on the floor is old so you can tell a little bit, but that's understandable. It looks like where he put the iron to seal it around the seam, the carpet surrounding the the area was affected. That's the only reason I reviewed them as 4 instead of 5.

I have used Kiwi Service for the Since early 2014 and all I can say is that if you haven't used them then you are missing out entirely on a great service at a great price. Their method of carpet cleaning, which is waterless and steamless is just amazing and the results is like having new carpeting installed. No noisy truck in the driveway and now drain hose polluting your lawn and environment. Plus their one year warranty on the carpet cleaning is unbelievable. Imaging this - call back to reclean at any time for up to a whole year for $7 per room? I have my carpets done more often to keep them fresh and new looking. Their other service are just a wonderful. I had an appt on a week night between 3-5 pm. At 4:55 I called the customer service number and after a 20 minute hold I was told someone would call me right back. Another 20 minutes and a dispatcher called me back with the news that she couldn't reach the technician but would I still like them to come. I asked how I could make that decision if she couldn't give me a time. We decided she would call me once the tech responded to her. 5 rooms of misc belongings are piled on beds and in the bathrooms and kitchen of my home. What are we suppose to do now, on a Tuesday night at dinner time children and pets are not dealing well.

Everything about my experience was wonderful. From scheduling my appointment to having the service completed, all easy to accomplish and very professional. The technician arrived when he said he would and I received a call 30 minutes before his arrival. Once he arrived, he explained the entire process and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He then completed the work quickly and efficiently and then fully explained the charges and again asked if I had any concerns. He was polite and professional throughout the entire appointment and my carpets looked beautiful after he was done. Would recommend them and we will be using them in the future.

By far the BEST results of ANY carpet cleaning and I’ve tried them all. I first used them when I bought my first house. The carpet was old and disgusting. I have been using Kiwi for about ten years. I have tried other carpet cleaning companies, but I am never as satisfied as when I use Kiwi. They use a great cleaner that leaves the carpets looking like new. I like that they don’t flush the carpets with water, letting it get into the padding and fibers. Most of the time, the carpet is completely dry within thirty minutes of them leaving. All the employees are friendly and respectful.

We have used Kiwi Services twice now after water pipe leaks under our foundation required the plumbers to pull back our bedroom carpeting to drill through the foundation and repair the leaks. On short notice Kiwi was able to come out the very next day after the repairs were finished to stretch and put the carpeting back in place, as well as joining the seam where it had to be cut in the doorway to the room. The service was great and they did a fantastic job making it look as good as new! I will definitely use them again, although hopefully not because of any more water pipe leaks under our house!

We recently bought a new house that had so many issues we didn't know where to start. We asked Kiwi to disinfect/clean our carpets and air ducts in hopes of improving the house, which had been vacant for three years.A couple days later, we had an AC technician (who's company also cleans air ducts) come in to check out the units and tells us what needs to be done. When he looked at the air ducts, he informed us that he's "Never seen air ducts so clean and perfect." Of the many problems we have had in the house, it was so nice to hear that our decision to go with Kiwi paid off.Our Kiwi technician started working at 8:00 am, and did not leave until 10:00 pm. None of the four AC units were working ,so he had to work through a house that was near 100 degrees. To be that thorough and dedicated under less than ideal conditions is something I will forever appreciate.

Edited: So, not long after writing this review, Kiwi called me, confirmed all of my concerns, promised to make it right, and followed through. Not only did they make it right, but Elizabeth called me on and off throughout the day to make sure the job was getting done. David, the tech, was awesome and did a wonderful job...just like the Kiwi I used to know. So, after my 1 star review this morning, I have to give 5 stars, because of the way they went above and beyond to not lose me as a customer. AND my carpets look amazing! Way to go Kiwi!I hate writing this review, because I have used Kiwi for years and have loved their work. But the customer service and quality of the technicians has really declined in the past year. Last week, my technician never showed up, after waiting in my 4 hour window. When I called they were so nice, and got me a new window (although it was a week later) and once again, my tech was a no show. They were "kind" enough to give me a $50 credit towards a job I will never use, because I will not sit around any longer for my time to be wasted. Kiwi, you just lost a 5 year customer.

They arrive within the window of time that they have agreed upon and give great suggestions on how to keep my carpets fresh with two large dogs in our home.
