"I was extremly happy with your services you were able to get all the stains out and make the carpet look new again. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating was because there was a few stains left on stairs that I was able to get out myself. When I called customer service she was so friendly and scheduled you to come back free of charge to redo the stairs in the exact time frame I asked. I have already recommened you to several of my customers and will continue to use you. I changed my mind. I give five stars because the customer service was so helpful to resolve the stairs issue."

"Kiwi is so easy to work with and does a great job every time. We've had our carpet for eight years and it still looks brand new because I routinely clean it with Kiwi's warranty plan. Art is my guy and he always goes above and beyond the call of duty. He takes his time, provides suggestions on how to make my carpet last longer and never pressures me to buy stuff. I always look forward to seeing him."

"I always get great service when I use Kiwi. I try to get the same tech each time, but one time that did not happen due to the fact the tech was so good he got promoted! The last tech I had was wonderful. Hopefully he can continue to provide the great service he did this time."

Their call center agents have been very pleasant and helpful and their service agents have always been on time. My carpets have been cleaned to my satisfaction and when I've asked the agent to re-address a particular area of carpet, they have done so with no hesitation.
