Kiwi Services Customer Referral Discounts
At Kiwi we value our customers’ opinions and often call, after an appointment, to get their feedback. We especially believe in providing an experience that you would share with others. Word of mouth is an invaluable way to gain new Kiwi family members and we need your help. Using our services, giving us feedback, and referring people who could use our services will help us achieve our mission in making this a Kiwi lover world.

So, how does this referral discount program work? Well, first become a Kiwi customer by trying one or more of our home services. Once you know how great the service is, then share it with those you know. Give them a call and/or invite them over to let them know how pleased you are with your Kiwi experience(s).
You could use our online form to recommend us too.
Give them your name and number to reference when they call in to make an appointment. Once we lookup your account and they set up a visit, you will be eligible for one of three referral bonuses. Regardless of which service they choose, not only will you receive a referral bonus, but we will give them a bonus too. This is a win, win, win for everyone involved.
How our referral program works
If you refer someone to our company, and they use our services, we will extend to you a choice of reward. As a thank you for the referral, choose one of these three:
- (2) free rooms of our DuPont™ Teflon® protection applied on your next carpet cleaning appointment
- (1) free room of carpet cleaning. This can a room we have not cleaned before, which will then be added to your carpet cleaning warranty. It could also be one room currently under warranty, which we would clean like an initial cleaning, meaning we move the light moveable furniture and vacuum for you.
- Travel charge waived on your next carpet cleaning warranty appointment.
The new customer who was referred will also be given (1) free room of DuPont™ Teflon® protection. How awesome is that? They haven’t even used us and we are already spreading the love. Maybe they aren’t having their carpet cleaned. That’s alright, the referral bonus will be noted on their account and can be used in the future, at any time. We will also notate your account and you will get to choose your discount the next time you call in.
